Diagnosis of an illness is the first step in administering the proper treatment. At our hospital, we have a full in house lab as well as outside laboratory services. Physical exam, laboratory interpretation coupled with radiographs, EKG, and if needed a specialist performing ultrasound studies lead to a diagnosis which will be the basis for a treatment plan. If your pet's condition is critical or warrants a referral, we have many excellent specialty veterinarians that we can refer you and your pet to from dermatologists, dentists, surgeons, ophthalmologists, cardiologists, oncologists, neurologists to internists.
